After meeting with Brenda for the first time, it was clear that she loves what she does. Brenda and her team got my condo ready, up on the market and sold within a week and a half. It was amazing to see her team come together and make magic happen. She asked if we were ready to move right away - she wasn’t kidding when she said it would sell quickly. A few days after meeting, Brenda had her stager Lisa come into the condo and give me tips on how to stage the condo, get it photo ready and more desirable to potential buyers. We took her advice, a photographer came in a few days later and the next day the condo was up on the market. We had viewings instantly and it sold 2 days later!

We bought a house a couple weeks after the condo sold. We were very comfortable taking Brenda’s advice when it came to the details of the house because she is so knowledgeable.
