Is your in-law suite legal?
An in-law suite is a unit that is not 100% independent from the main home and can not sustain living one hundred percent on it's own.
A secondary suite is a unit attached to or the lower level of a home that is one hundred percent independent from the main area of the home and can be sustainable for independent living.
It's important to know the zoning requirements before you purchase, know the zoning or beware!
